Q1: What if I've never been to therapy before?
Many people begin therapy without knowing what to expect. We’ll take it one step at a time, and there’s no right or wrong way to begin.
Q2: Can I come to therapy even if I'm not in a crisis?
Absolutely. Therapy isn’t only for times of crisis. It can also support personal growth, relationships, self-understanding, and navigating life’s transitions.

Q1: Who do you work with?
We work with adolescents and adults aged 13–60 years, offering individual therapy, psychotherapy, and couple therapy in a warm, inclusive, and non-judgmental space.
Q2: How do I know whether I need counselling, psychotherapy, or couples therapy?
You don’t have to decide on your own. We’ll understand your concerns together and recommend the approach that best fits your needs.
Q3: What approaches do you use in therapy?
We use an integrative approach, drawing from evidence-informed therapies and tailoring our work to your unique needs, goals, and life experiences.

Q1: What languages do you offer therapy in?
Sessions are available in both English and Tamil, depending on the language you’re most comfortable expressing yourself in.
Q2: Do you offer online and in-person sessions?
Yes. Online sessions are available worldwide. In-person sessions are currently offered at a residential office space in Ambattur, Chennai, by prior appointment on specific days.

You can book a session through our website or by reaching out to us on WhatsApp. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
Q2: Can I cancel or reschedule a session?
Yes. Our cancellation and rescheduling policy applies. Please get in touch with us as early as possible if you need to make any changes to your appointment.
Q3: Is everything I share kept confidential?
Confidentiality is an important part of therapy. Information shared in sessions is kept private, with limited legal and ethical exceptions. At times, aspects of a case may be discussed anonymously during professional supervision to support ethical and effective practice.
